Open every day, all day

Pantry Box

We are always looking for help in helping others. Thank you so much!

How it works

No form. No questions. Just a shelf.

Our Pantry Box sits outside and stays open all day, every day. Take what you need; leave what you can. There is no form to fill in, nobody to ask, and no questions at all — just a shelf kept stocked by neighbours for neighbours.

Take what you need. Leave what you can.

What to drop in

These are the things that disappear fastest. Anything on this list is always welcome.

  • Shelf-stable meals — pasta, rice, tinned soup, tinned vegetables
  • Peanut butter, jam and cereal
  • Tinned tuna, chicken and beans
  • Baby food, formula and nappies
  • Toothpaste, soap, shampoo and toilet paper
  • Nothing that needs a fridge, and nothing past its date

Three ways in

However you'd like to help

Drop something in

The box is outside the church at 11894 Susquehanna Trail S. Bring anything from the list whenever it suits you — no need to call ahead.

Take what you need

It is there for anyone. If it helps your family this week, it is yours; that is exactly what it is for.

Keep it stocked

Some weeks it empties in a day. If you would like to adopt a week or a month, get in touch and we will add you to the rota.

Want to adopt a week?

Some weeks the box empties in a day. Let us know and we will add you to the rota — or give towards the pantry directly.
