Every week, without fail

Three ways to gather

Worship is central to our life together. Each week we gather around the table for the sacrament of Holy Communion — everyone is invited to receive, or to come forward for a blessing.

Our mission

God loves each one of us

At St. Paul Lutheran Church Hametown we are committed to worshiping God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that God loves each one of us as if there was but one of us to love, and that we are called to proclaim that Good News with all of those around us. We hope you will join us for worship as we join together to proclaim the risen Lord Jesus Christ through our words and actions.

  1. To share

Our mission statement is not just something a few of us know at church. Every worship service concludes with the gathered community saying these words together. It is what sends us out into the world to be God's hands and feet, called to bring the Kingdom of God right here and now.

  2. To serve

By the grace of God, we proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ. Led by the Holy Spirit we are called to love and serve the community through faithful discipleship.

  3. To give

Here at Hametown we believe that God is abundantly generous. We strive to share what God has blessed us with, knowing and trusting that what we have is not ours but belongs to God. We invite you to share your gifts — of money, of talent, or of your time. Thank you for supporting our ministry at Hametown.

Take what you need, leave what you can

We are always looking for help in helping others. The box sits outside and stays open every day — no form, no questions, just neighbours looking after neighbours.
